The Peregrine group has produced another very satisfying set of results for
the year under review. Attributable earnings increased by 49% to R374.7
million reflecting a return on average equity of 40.8%.

• Profit before tax up 71% to R608 million
• Basic EPS up 64% to 214.0 cents
• Headline EPS up 67% to 186.7 cents
• Return on average equity of 45.1%
