These terms of use apply to Peregrine Capital Holdings Proprietary Limited and its South African subsidiaries, namely Peregrine Capital Proprietary Limited, Peregrine Capital Solutions Proprietary Limited, Peregrine Capital Collective Investments (RF) Proprietary Limited and Tiercel Capital Proprietary Limited (“Peregrine” or the “Company”).

Peregrine Capital (Pty) Ltd is licensed as a financial services provider in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (FAIS Act), with FSP License No. 607.

Peregrine Capital Collective Investments (RF) Proprietary Limited is licensed as a collective investment schemes manager in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 2002 and is the manager of the Peregrine Capital Qualified Investor Hedge Fund Scheme and the Peregrine Capital Retail Hedge Fund Scheme.

All references in these terms of use of the Website (“terms” or “terms of use”) to "us", "we", "our" or "Peregrine" are also deemed to include, unless stated otherwise, all the South African subsidiaries as stated above.
